As a Buyer’s Agent we will identify and prioritise your needs and wants for your next property purchase. Armed with the appropriate information we then search the market place for properties that best suit your requirements and save you the time and frustration of looking at and assessing properties that are simply outside your desired requirements.

After twenty years of working in the real estate industry we have a close connection with real estate agents across Sydney and are able to access properties that are yet to hit the market or are silent listings. Once the right property is found we will then negotiate the best possible price for you and secure that property. We may bid on your behalf at an auction or if you would prefer, we will give you our opinion and leave the negotiating up to you.
