Being a single mother, I found that my time was limited in looking for a propeliy to buy. If I wasn't being 'mum', I was working to support the two of us. By the time I got around to looking at propeliies I found that they were already under contract before I had a chance to ask any questions. I also spent a lot of time looking at propeliies that potentially were out of my reach or inappropriate. You were on the job and informed me instantly of homes that were newly listed and that were within my price range. This took the stress out of looking at inappropriate and expensive properties and saved me a lot of wasted weekends.

I also had no idea on where to start with the process. I was cashed up ready to go but lacked the confidence and knowledge on how to negotiate or even what price to start negotiations at. I was given the confidence to deal with the agents or had the option of Brett completing the negotiation process for me.

I had also a few bad experiences with real estate agents, prior to taking on your services. They did not take me seriously as a potential buyer, possibly being a female or possibly being a single mother. I was left out of negotiations, not informed of properties that were suitable for me or was treated as inferior to the males that were seeking the same properties. With you there to look through properties with me if I required and with you dealing with the agents, people stalied to take me a little more seriously.

All in all Brett, it was a fantastic leaming experience for me. You gave me all the knowledge and confidence to purchase a propeliy that is perfect for my daughter and I. It was within my price range and more importantly the process took place quickly and easily.
